For a swooot you only need your apartment/house. Enter a free slot for your apartment/house in the calendar, for example 01.08.2021 to 07.08.2021. With a free slot on days you have the same number of days on your swoty portal account and can for this same number of days to another apartment/house swoooten.

swoty categorizes each property by stars (*). the categorization is done according to strict guidelines, which are visible for everyone. Based on the star classification, anyone can be in the same star category for free, to the equivalent apartment/house, swoooten. There is only a 15€ portal fee. search in the swoty portal for places/cities or countries that are interesting for you and display your search results. If you are interested in an apartment/house and the apartment/house has available days, then you can request a swooot with your days. You can request the full days of the apartment/house for a swooot, or just a part of it, such as a weekend from the available time of the apartment/house.

Cleanliness standards vary. Please vacuum or mop the floors, leave the refrigerator empty and cleaned, Stove and oven are free of grease, bath and shower are free of mold and dirt, windows are cleaned and surfaces are dust-free.

Create a clear, useful "instruction". This should include information about local activities, instructions for budget and electrical appliances, animal and plant care and details on waste collection/separation. Phone numbers of a recommended doctor, dentist, babysitter, good restaurants and tips on helpful friends are always welcome.

Yes! it is a swoty tradition to find a small gift as a greeting A bottle of wine or a local specialty. Also some food for a first meal will be welcome after a long journey

in the same star category as your apartment/house, the apartment/house costs you nothing. swoty will charge a portal fee of 15€ which has to be paid by the swoooter (person who makes the swooot request). If you would like to swooot into a higher star category you will be charged the following fees, per star and night an extra charge of 20€. This sum is paid to the apartment/house owner minus a swoty fee which is between 12% and 6% depending on the amount. A swoty portal fee of 15€ is charged for every swooot, even in case of cancellation.
